Fatigue is one of the most frustrating and persistent symptoms for people living with pernicious anaemia. Even after treatment begins, many people continue to feel exhausted and wonder: Is there anything else I can do?

Louise shares insights from her 2025 study that aimed to explore the relationship between nutritional knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours, and their impact on fatigue symptom severity in individuals with pernicious anaemia.
