Help us decide the Top 10 Pernicious Anaemia research priorities

Last spring, we launched a survey where we asked you to tell us what questions relating to Pernicious Anaemia you would like answered. Over 1,300 patients, carers and healthcare professionals responded, and we received over 3,000 questions! We would like to thank everyone who took part in that initial survey.

The Pernicious Anaemia PSP have now carefully studied the questions and have turned them into a concise list of research questions; but we need your help to decide the most important questions to take forward.

Why are we doing this?

We want you to have a say in identifying future research projects – projects that matter to you. After all, it’s people living with Pernicious Anaemia, and healthcare professionals working in the field, that know the issues that affect them most.
Taking this survey will ensure that future research projects concentrate on the issues important to you.

What are we asking you to do?

We now want you to review the list of research questions and select up to 10 questions that you consider to be the most important. Think about each research question and choose your top 10 based on your own experience.
This is your opportunity to really influence future research projects.

Who can take part in the survey?

We want to hear from patients with Pernicious Anaemia, or suspected Pernicious Anaemia, their family or carers and healthcare professionals with an interest in Pernicious Anaemia. The only requirement is that you currently live in the UK.

The survey should only take you around 5-10 minutes but please take all the time you need.

Participating in this survey is voluntary, and your answers will be kept confidential. Our Privacy Policy can be found here on our website.

If you would like a paper survey, need assistance completing the survey or would like to take the survey via telephone, please contact us on ps*@pa***.uk or call 07783 318525

The survey is now closed. Thank you for participating.
