Terms of Membership

1. Membership is free. Any donations are welcomed by the society. Any person making a donation greater than £10.00 (UK pounds) will receive a free society wristband as a token of thanks.
2. Personal details will be held securely by the society and will never be passed on to any third party without the member’s express permission.
3. The society reserves the right to refuse any application for membership or terminate any existing membership on the grounds of persons deemed to be against the aims and objectives of the society or wishing to benefit from the society for personal gain.
4. The society operates a strict non-discrimination policy and will not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, religion or any social difference.
5. In joining the Society, you consent to receiving occasional emails including our newsletter and other information relating to pernicious anaemia.
6. It is the responsibility of the member to inform the society of any changes to the details given on this form.
